WASKUNST SNC 706XD Environment Friendly Fluid

WASKUNST SNC 706XD is designed according to the special water quality situation in western and northern China, and is used in saline-alkali and hard water environments. Contains a lot of extreme pressure agents, rust inhibitors, water quality modifiers, non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitors and other functional additives. It is mainly used for processing ferrous metals such as general cast iron, metallurgical powder cast iron, alloy cast iron and low carbon steel. It can also process titanium alloys and a small amount of non-ferrous metals. It is suitable for the processing of compressor cylinder blocks, universal joints, injection molding machine parts, and aerospace parts. It has strong anti-rust performance and solves the problem of workpiece rusting during processing; the foam is lower and the cooling effect is better. Specially contains skin protection ingredients to avoid skin redness and swelling caused by long-term contact.

华尔森特 SNC 706XD，此产品专为中国西北地区及盐碱、水质较硬地区而设计。富含大量极压剂、水基防锈剂、水质自适应调整剂、有色金属缓蚀剂和其他功能添加剂。主要用于加工一般铸铁、冶金粉末铸铁、合金铸铁及低碳钢等黑色金属，可兼顾加工钛合金、及少量有色金属。适用于压缩机缸体、万向节、注塑机配件、航空航天零部件加工。拥有极强的防锈性能，解决工件在加工工序间生锈问题;泡沫较低，冷却效果更好。特含皮肤保护成分，避免长期接触导致工人皮肤红肿问题。
